Stewardship at Parc Expo - rue du 11 Novembre
Details: general instructions at the Parc Expo, catering, bar, number collection, bag check, finish refreshments, finish line, timing, podium, cloakroom, race HQ, information and displays, HOT runners' shuttle, HOT runners' briefing and rest area, toilets and showers, car parks.

Technical review
Guests: group leaders
Details: Setting up of signposting, scouts, file clerks for all races, race stewards and marshals, emergency team, Race HQ, allocation of posts and final adjustments at the Parc Expo.
