On this page you'll find all the latest information on the organisation of Father Christmas Races 2025: documents to see or review, the agenda for meetings and miscellaneous notes!

1/3 AGENDA OF MEETINGS

Here is the agenda for all the meetings scheduled between now and 20 December. Of course, you are not invited to all these meetings. If you have any doubts or require further information, please do not hesitate to contact us at abvlesherbiers@gmail.com. We will usually get back to you within the day.

Friday 3rd October - Parc Expo des Herbiers - 7.00 pm

  • General presentation to volunteers

  • Guests: All

  • Details: Details of routes, programme, refreshments, facilities, preparatory work, etc...

Friday 7 November - Local du Stade de la Demoiselle aux Herbiers - 19h00

  • Organisation of refreshments

  • Invited: at least 1 representative from each feed point and the people in charge of logistics: Saint Paul | La Flocellière | Les Chateliers |

    Saint Mars | Les Epesses | Golf des Alouettes | La Samilière | La Méancière| Arrival

Friday 14 November - Local du Stade de la Demoiselle aux Herbiers - 19h00

  • Trail routes

  • Details : Mountain bikes, Openers, Tie-breakers, signposting, safety

Friday 21 November - Local du Stade de la Demoiselle aux Herbiers - 19h00

  • Marking Organisation

  • Details: Marking and signposting rules, team formation, sector allocation, equipment distribution and general instructions.

Monday 24 November - Local du Stade de la Demoiselle aux Herbiers - 19h00

  • Stewardship at Parc Expo - rue du 11 Novembre

  • Details: general instructions at the Parc Expo, catering, bar, number collection, bag check, finish refreshments, finish line, timing, podium, cloakroom, race HQ, information and displays, HOT runners' shuttle, HOT runners' briefing and rest area, toilets and showers, car parks.

Friday 5 December - Local du Stade de la Demoiselle aux Herbiers - 19h00

  • Technical review

  • Guests: group leaders

  • Details: Setting up of signposting, scouts, file clerks for all races, race stewards and marshals, emergency team, Race HQ, allocation of posts and final adjustments at the Parc Expo.
